Directions

Enjoy a therapeutic JointBomb-infused bath at least once a week.

Run a bath to the required temperature for your comfort. Allow enough water to completely cover your body when you lie down, don't worry about diluting the nutrients there are 5 grams of MSM and 5 grams of Glucosamine in each Therapeutic Bath Bomb.

When your bath is ready drop in one of your JointBombs™, watch as it fizzes and the nutrients spread through the bath. Lie down and relax for 20 - 30 minutes, this will give plenty of time for your body to soak up the nutrients.

The heat and relaxation of the bath will open up areas of the body, usually closed off due to stress, and allow free passage for the nutrients benefiting the parts of the body they don't normally reach.

Why do JointBombs work so well? Because of your skin!

The skin is made up of three levels, epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous. The epidermis is the outer most level and is filled with scale-like cells, which are continually being shed and regenerate every twenty-eight days. The next layer is the dermis and also known as 'true skin' because most of the vital functions of the skin are performed here. The dermis has an elastic quality due to the protein tissues elastin and collagen. Below this is the subcutaneous layer, the shock absorber for the vital organs. It is made up of a fattier tissue, which is an effective insulator and storer of energy.

These three layers together form the 'living fabric' known as skin. The skin serves to maintain our health and well-being and is the first line of defence against disease and bacterial invasion. The skin does allow nutrients to pass through this wall of defence.

Once the nutrients have penetrated the epidermis they move into the dermis. Then the rich blood supply of the dermis readily transports the nutrients into the bloodstream, opening the way for the nutrients to serve the parts of the body they sometimes don't reach due to stress and poor digestion.
